WHAT WE OFFER
The whole team quickly get to know every child within Mini V and, as many activities are child led, you may find that your child naturally gravitates to different people for different activities, reassurance and cuddles, or excitement and adventures!
When your child starts at Mini V Pre School, they will be allocated a key worker. This is the special person who will record your child’s progress and is the best team member to speak to if you have any questions or information to pass on about your child.
The key person is a significant role model for the child who they can relate to and rely on. The key person observes your child to identify how they learn through their play, their next aspect of development, what their interests are and whether there is any cause for concern or need for extra support. This experience of being cared for by dependable adults who meet their physical needs and remain attentive and playful, affectionate and thoughtful allows children to form secure attachments.
We have a high ratio of paediatric first aid trained staff and all staff ensure they are partaking in Continuous Professional development throughout Mini V Pre School.
Mini V Pre-school provides a wide range of educational activities to cater for every age group. Children are encouraged to listen and learn according to their individual needs and requirements.
